The SYD-2000 is a high-end dreadnought acoustic guitar produced to mark the relaunch of the S. Yairi brand in 2000. Designed in a traditional style, it combines classic dreadnought proportions with ornate appointments inspired by vintage American flat-top guitars, including extensive abalone trim and decorative fingerboard inlays. It takes inspiration from premium pre-war style instruments while maintaining its own Japanese identity.
